About Us
Frank Leek, Ph.D.
Dr. Leek developed the Shared Parenting Support Program (SPSP) in 1991 with the
encouragement of court officers and mental health professionals. The Shared Parenting
Support Program has been presented at numerous conferences and conventions and is
described in several publications as noted below. Dr. Leek has now retired. Carol
Greenfield has assumed responsibility for administering and working to maintain the
integrity of the program.

Carol Greenfield, M.A., M.F.T.
Carol Greenfield earned her M.A. from the Antioch University and an Ed.M. from
Boston University. She has worked as a school psychologist, Director of Family
Counseling Center, and been in private practice working as a therapist with
individuals, couples, and families, as a mediator providing child custody mediation,
as a Special Master, and co-parent therapist using SPSP. Carol has presented the
Shared Parenting Support Program at professional workshops.
